Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

RETURNS

If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn pieces in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. Hand-painted originals can only be returned if damaged in transit.

To start a return, email us at raphaelgabrielkeller@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll send you the return address and instructions within 2 business days.

For EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to orders placed from an EU country. We’ll provide a model withdrawal form on request.
